50y/M presented with acute stroke, found to have near total occlusion of one of the main blood vessel in neck. Decide to just keep him on medicines and after three months the vessel opened up completely except a small aneurysm in neck.
Deployed a flow diverter (FD) across it and at the end of six months the vessel is almost as of nothing happened to it …ever!!!
